Common questions

I can’t sign in.

Confirm your email address is correct and check spam/junk for verification links.
Try switching between Wi‑Fi and cellular.

The app is crashing or freezing.

Force close the app and reopen.
Update the app to the latest version.

Push notifications aren’t working.

Confirm Focus/Do Not Disturb isn’t blocking alerts.
